Anne Phung Nguyen
Hello, my name is Anne Phung Nguyen and I am a Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in the beautiful Orange County California with my incredible husband JP and happy go lucky Dad Henry. Most people know me via my Instagram @annephung. I record my personal life: highs, lows, and all in between. My parents took me into America in the year 1990 when I was just a year old. It wouldn't be possible to share my story to you now had my parents not worked for their dreams and put up with sacrifices. In order to give them the chance to have a prosperous future, I focused on success and worked hard in order to reach it. My goals were set: I would study at university, land an employment in a company as well as marry and then buy the house. Although I was convinced that this was the definition of the ideal life, reality had other plans. In 2013, I found the job I was in didn't feel like a good fit for me. Even though the compensation and the status was great but I did not feel that the work was satisfying. It was more like I was just spending my time. I was passionate about fitness and having fun and helping people as I navigated towards this new path in life I found my calling in personal training. In this year, I am celebrating the 7th year anniversary of my business. In 2014 I began my own company. It is rare to find Asian women in the industry. To be a leader in my field, and to provide high-quality coaching and enable others to achieve better health and happiness by establishing a life that is tailored to suit their requirements and objectives. Also, I strive to inspire individuals to follow their desires and accomplish anything and everything they want to do in their life. When my work began to take off, I suffered one of the biggest losses in my entire life to datein the death of my Mom. Following an 8-year battle with the disease, she is at peace at Heaven. I am forever grateful to her and always keep her in my thoughts and in my heart. Even if you can't see it at first, life is a way of providing us with what we truly need. Her passing has changed my life in several ways. I believe my death provided me with an opportunity to begin the next chapter. On Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she died. Now it was time for her to move on into her new chapter, as well as my opportunity to lead a meaningful and fulfilling life. In my 30's, it is the first moment that I feel as if that I'm alive. My life is shared with me so that I may talk about my experience as well as my words. This will help you feel secure knowing that you're not the only one. You are capable of achieving anything you want and more. Therapy is necessary and normal. The health of a person is the most important wealth. I hope that you live life to its best and have no regrets about the final hours of your life. We are the only certainty in our lives.
